RT Invite Series at the Rantoul Family Sports Complex!

Rock Tournaments is hosting our invite series, geared around getting the top teams at each level to compete. If you are interested in playing, click request invite and request your spot in this event!

The complex will includes 8 turf baseball/softball fields, 2 t-ball/challenger fields and 8 soccer/mulitpurpose fields. There are also video boards on the championship field as well as a playground and splashpad for the guests of the complex.

Game Guarantee: 3 (Could play one game off campus)

Bat Restrictions

• 8u - 12u BPF 1.15
• 13u BPF 1.15. Max Drop of 8
• 14U - D2 BPF 1.15 or BBCOR Max Drop of 5
• 14U - D1 - 17U BBCOR

Start Times: Please be ready to play as early as 8am on Friday, June 27th, 2025

‍Stay and Play

• Our tournaments are Stay to Play events.
• We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event from 75 miles or more reserve their lodging accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
• Please note booking through a third party such as priceline, hotels.com or expedia is not allowed.
• In the event you would like to opt out of the stay to play requirement, there is a $600 fee to do so.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. IN THE EVENT A TEAM NEEDS TO CANCEL, ROCK TOURNAMENTS WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Rock Tournaments will issue credit as follows (3 game guarantee tourney)…

• If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If 1 game is played, you will receive 50% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If a 2nd game is started, you will receive 25% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If 2 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued.

In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Rock Tournaments will issue credit as follows (4 game guarantee tourney)…

• If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If 1 game is played, you will receive 75% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If 2nd game is played, you will receive 25% credit towards a 2025 or 2026 Rock Tournament
• If 3 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued.
