When do I pay the tournament entry fee?

All Triple Play Sports Baseball tournaments payments are due before your first game.  

Refund Policy

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of the event will receive 100% credit.

Teams withdrawing from an event 6 days or less prior to an event for any reason will receive 100% credit to transfer to another LLB event.

Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.

In the event of tournament cancelation due to weather or any other act of God will be eligible for the following credit.

-0- games started 100% credit

-1- game started 50% credit

-2- games started 25% credit

-3- games started 0% credit@

Do we supply our own baseballs?

No each team must provide 2 good leather baseballs per game.

We play exclusively by NCS Rules National Championship Sports | Baseball | Central Region Baseball Rules (playncs.com)

We allow -5 bats in 14u D2 and D3

We play all 13u events at 54/80 unless otherwise noted

NO Metal cleats for teams 12U and under.

All Gold Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Championship Rings

All Silver Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Medals or Rings
