• 13U Divisions will play 54/80
• 14U Divisions will play 60/90
• Teams must be sanctioned with Game 7 for 2025.
• World Series Points awarded (4X)
• Thursday, June 26th - Busch Stadium Cardinals vs. Cubs (1:15pm)
• Thursday Night, June 26th - HR Derby (details coming soon)
• MVP Rings awarded on Friday's pool play games
• WORLD SERIES RINGS will be awarded to 1st & 2nd Place team

Tournament Format:

• 4 game minimum
• Games will begin on Friday AM.
• The number of teams in each age division will determine the format
• Friday June 27th - Pool play
• Saturday - Pool/Bracket play
• Sunday - Bracket play

• 11U AA & 12U AA - Plummer Park (Edwardsville, IL)
• 11U Open - Warrenton Athletic Complex (WAC) - Warrenton, MO

• 13U Open & 14U Open - Warrenton Athletic Complex (WAC) - Warrenton, MO

Tournament Fee:

• 9U - 10U - $575
• 11U -12U -$675
• 13U -14U -$695

• Adult (13 & Up): $8/day
• Kids (Under 13), Free
• Coaches: Free (limit 3 per team)

Weekend Pass Pricing (Friday-Sunday)

• Adult (13 & Up): $20/weekend
• Kids (Under 13) Free
• Coaches: Free (limit 3 per team)

Payment Policy:

Payment secures your spot in this event.
The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament.
Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.
Divisions may sell out before the payment deadline, and the number of spots in any given division may fluctuate.

Online Payment Fee:

When paying with a credit or debit card, an online processing fee will be charged. This fee is not refundable and cannot be applied as a credit.
The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor.
You can mail a check to avoid this fee. When you mail your check, please call or email the office with the check number so we can confirm your entry. You must contact a director directly. Please do not text.
